Position:
TEMPORARY PART-TIME Assistant Coordinator/LPN in Clinical Resource Management
Purpose:
Assist in implementing the hospital CRM plan, including all CRM processes, and discharge planning. Works to meet the admission and discharge needs of patients of all ages within the reimbursement restraints and promote appropriate quality of care. Assists with data collection for quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  1. Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Louisiana.
  2. Four years of clinical experience.
  3. Certified in CPR.
  4. Successfully pass all competency testing related to work expectations.
  5. Able to gather and analyze data.
  6. Skillful in oral and written communication.
  7. Able to establish rapport with physicians and other professionals.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  9. Possesses positive customer service skills.
Working Conditions:
  1. Employee will be lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds approximately 10% of the day.
  2. Employee will be sitting approximately 65% of the day.
  3. Employee will be standing and walking approximately 15% of the day.
  4. Employee will be pushing and pulling approximately 3% of the day.
  5. Employee will be twisting, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and bending approximately 5% of the day.
  6. Employee will be reaching at or above shoulder level approximately 2% of the day.
